Bi-Steel structures can be created quickly and easily. Most structures are delivered as prefabricated modules made from Bi-Steel panels. These are lifted into position and connected using Surefast slot and lock connections, bolts or welding, depending on the strength of connection needed. Typically, a crane would be required to assemble the modules.

Once the modules are assembled and connected the void between the Bi-Steel panels is filled with concrete. Corus provides straightforward installation instructions supported by site supervision when appropriate.

Health and safety requirements are the same as for standard lifting of large steel sections.
