Normal containment
Vetex normal containment (N2) system combines safety performance with installation convenience. Vetex N2 is an innovative, cost effective solution for safety barrier applications.
A Normal containment barrier is designed to contain average sized vehicles. This type of barrier is used on motorways, trunk and non-trunk roads, verges and central reservations. There are various performance classes for normal containment barrier, which can be found in the EN1317 standard. Corus normal containment barriers are N2 class, which contain vehicles with a mass of 1,500kg or less.
