Corus Living Solutions, are a volumetric modular building system supplier. We design, manufacture and construct modular buildings and modular rooms at our factory, located in Deeside, North Wales.
CLS modular buildings are built using streamlined production methods based on our innovative design process. The finished modular systems are suitable for many residential applications both single living and multi modular apartments and townhouses.
The modules are fully fitted out to include kitchens, bathrooms, floor finishes and furniture, which results in a high level of quality and repeatability, and leads to significant construction programme benefits.
Our products and modular building systems are continually being developed and refined in order to meet and exceed customer and industry requirements and best practice, particularly with regard to sustainability, product quality and buildability.
