Supply Chain
Living Solutions has about 45 core suppliers of goods and services to our factory and construction sites. We use around 850 stock items for a normal project.
The kind of suppliers that Living Solutions need are those who can manufacture goods, or provide services, to an agreed quality and deliver them on time, safely, at the best possible price. Many of our suppliers achieve these objectives most of the time. We work with those who aim to improve and move to new ones when we need to.
As Living Solutions grows we predict that the number of suppliers will grow to around 60. We will look to build on the relationships made with current, successful, suppliers while developing new ones who want to be part of the off-site contruction supply chain.
