A land work office building in the heart of the City of London has benefited from the use of Corefast. This innovative modular building core system from Corus has enabled the structural core to be completed five times faster than a traditional concrete core.
The first Corefast project to be undertaken in the City of London is at One Basinghall Avenue.
This impressive scheme uses Corefast to provide the central lift core in this 12-storey steel framed structure, located adjacent to an existing property with limited access for installation.
Corefast was selected as its speed, accuracy, cost effectiveness and contribution to enhanced site safety impressed all members of the construction team.
