ComFlor
Corus provides a comprehensive range of steel floor decking systems. Shallow and deep composite floor decks offering different spanning and floor depth options have undergone extensive fire testing and Fire Engineering work, resulting in fire ratings up to 4 hours being available for more traditional construction, and in most cases will need props when floors are poured.
Durbar plate design
Durbar floor plate is a hot-rolled structural steel that has been designed to give excellent slip resistance on its upper surface. This is acheived by having an evenly distributed raised pattern that is integral to the sheet.
Fibredeck
This fully installed, and certified composite floordeck system combines Corus steel floor decking profiles, concrete reinforced with SI Concrete Systems high performance fibre systems and Studwelders market leading design, installation and studwelding.
Formwork design
Corus manufacture a range of five profiles which are used as permanent formwork. Permanent formwork remains in situ for the life of the building but, unlike composite flooring profiles, it does not act as reinforcement in the concrete slab.
Slimdek design
Slimdek® is an engineered floor solution developed to offer a cost effective, service integrated, minimal depth floor for use in multi-storey steel framed buildings with grids up to 9m x9m.
