Ideal for both new build and refurbishment projects the system is manufactured at a dedicated site in Haydock, home to the Kalzip portfolio of products and systems. 

Specifically suited to fast track building programmes, Hi-Point components are either pre-assembled under factory controlled conditions then transported as complete units to site ready for craning into position or, where space allows, delivered as a kit of parts ready for assembly and installation.  This flexibility of delivery allows for schedules to be tailored to individual projects, eliminates waste and ensures that Hi-Point is kept off the critical path – with other construction activities running in parallel.

With the main construction and assembly taking place at ground level, Hi-Point also offers significant benefits in terms of safety, minimising the dangers associated with working at height. 

Helping to meet the Target Emissions and Building Emissions Rates, Hi-Point roof constructions are available as mono-pitch, duo-pitch and barrel-vault roofs with virtually any finish and a range of insulation thicknesses and densities to ensure optimum performance and complete design flexibility.
